My husband and I are now proud owners of a perfectly beautiful vacation home overlooking a lake in the golf community of River Landing, North Carolina. We have, on many occations, said to each other that we would not be the contented and happy owners that we now were it not for our builder, Eric Davis. Our permanent residence is in Baltimore, Maryland and we sorely needed a builder with exceptional and reliable long-distance communication skills. Eric not only picked up on our desires and suggestions, but he also kept well with-in our proposed budget. When we traveled down to North Carolina to make dozens of decisions both on the interior and the exterior or our new house, Eric supplied maps and directions to each store that we needed to visit. We also discovered that by calling ahead, he had made sure that a sales representative was waiting for us and was well aware of our needs. The end result turned out to be a beautifully appointed quality home that went even beyond our expectations. Instead of a taxing time made up of the numerous frustrations of being so far away during the building process, Eric made the entire experience fun and fulfilling. We would recommend him highly!
